This is a smaller sized painting, about 600 x 500 mm. Painted directly from a collected nest. I had been asked by a prospective client to do a painting of this size and I will show him sometime next week. Any visitors to my blog site, I would be really pleased to hear your comments or questions you may have regarding my work. (Is there anyone out there?)

I am a dedicated fan of your blog. I stumbled upon it when I was searching for still life paintings about five months ago. You asked if anyone was out here - so I'm letting you know that I am. My name is Amy. I teach Fine Arts classes online for two universities. I am also a museum director in my small rural town. These jobs sound glamorous, but they aren't. Most of my questions for you are answered simply by studying your works. I love what you do. You're an inspiration.
