One new still life picture, oil on canvas, about 500x600mm the single apple may be pointing me to a more simple kind of arrangement, if I can get out of my office and up into the studio I'll try another spartan layout!!

Nice! Brush work a little freer and the paint a tad thinner than your usual work. It will be interesting to follow what happens next.
the simplicity in composition is striking. I imagine it's even more so viewed full size.
